Members German Committee Future Earth (2016-2018)

Members of the German Committee Future Earth are appointed ad-personam by DFG  for a three year term. Members are scientists experienced with sustainability research, and inter- and transdisciplinary research activities. The members are also familiar with different research topics and interfaces, and the international and national research landscape and its structures. To unite universities and non-university research institutions, appointed scientists are affiliated to different research institutes, scientific organizations and universities.
In working groups, round tables, etc. stakeholders from different sectors (economy, politics, society) are invited to exchange views and opinions.
In addition to the DFG appointed members the German Committee Future Earth also includes associated members. DKN working group speakers as well as speakers of the German network of Early Career Scientists in Future Earth are invited to all activities of the German Committee Future Earth.
All members work in a honorary capacity and are supported by the DKN Future Earth Secretariat.
